Non-Refundable Membership Policy:
All memberships and services purchased at The Bay Health Club are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is made. Only defective or incorrect product orders may be replaced within 3 days of delivery. No refunds or cancellations are permitted after purchase.

 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
